What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert (SME),
you will attend monthly design workshops hosted by the US Army North G5 staff in which you will advise and create documentation and products related to your field of expertise in support of the US Army North Homeland Defense project.
You will directly support the USARNORTH staff and collaborate with representatives and staff from US Special Operations Command - North, US Army Special Operations Command, Army Futures Command, TRADOC, HQDA, Department of Defense (DoD), and the intelligence community.
You will directly coordinate with SMEs from academia and private industry.
The key areas of interest in which you provide your expertise input and will consistently collaborate, and coordinate include, but are not limited to, power grids, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, quantum physics, data analysis, cybersecurity, behavioral science, robotics, nanotechnology, bioengineering, synthetic biology, hypersonic, directed energy, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, space, social media & UAS developments.
More about this Role:
Provide information technology solutions to resolve customer problems.
Configure a cloud-based IT security system to optimize performance.
Integrate solutions with other technology solutions, such as active-
directory, backups, networking devices, and security solutions.
Design data flow and engineer data life cycle to meet compliance requirements.
Produce documents, including data flows, dictionaries, user guides, operating procedures, user guides, operating procedures, systems design documents, and disaster recovery documentation.
Coordinate and interface with company executives, government technical management, and/or executive-level personnel.
Provide expertise in the Army RMF/ATO process, DISA, and the DOD IT policies.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Secret Clearance required.
Minimum of master’s degree and 10 years of relevant work experience.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real-time knowledge management systems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience supporting the US Army or the Department of Defense requirements.
Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
