The Finance & Accounting Team has fiduciary responsibility for financial aspects of our end-to-end business, including all accounting and regulatory facets of Product, from 'Farm to Fork' .

' The team also oversees our Mexico Division's accounting, tax, and finance operations.
As a Systems Analyst III, F&A, you'll identify, document, analyze, and communicate Accounting and related financial systems solutions to meet business needs.

We are looking for:
- a bachelor's degree in CS, business, or related field
- business / technology experience
- experience with SalesForce and/or Tableau is preferred
- proficient with Microsoft Excel
What is the work?
Analytics / Design & Development:
- Leads the team effort / accountable to identify, analyze, document, facilitate implementation, and communicate solutions to meet business needs
- Supports software development efforts (coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging), managing timelines, technical documentation; contributes to system and application design
- Leads the defining / documenting of current and future operational scenarios; works with other business areas, client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into systems solutions / business requirements
- Leads the delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services in agreed-upon timeframes
- Leads the analysis of probable impact of recommendations / solutions for client groups
- Leads the team in conducting post-implementation analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Proactively identifies issues / gaps in current processes
- Troubleshoots system issues of that are more complex; continuously monitors accounting software for accuracy
- Presents clear, reliable, accurate financial information to regulators and stakeholders
- Supports internal controls, policy development, research, documentation, and compliance reporting
- Serves as mentor to Systems Analysts
What is your background?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
- 6+ years of business / tech experience
- Experience in project management / planning
