2/17-2/18: Free self defense (Helotes)

Hi, my names David and I'm a hardened veteran.
Did a tour while in the Navy and am looking to teach my self defense classes to the weak and timid to build confidence and protect themselves.
This is free because I have a passion for humanity and there are too many bullies in the world today taking advantage of kind folk.
We can start with basic fitness and self defense and the rest is up to you.
