2/10: Free Beginners Womens Jiu Jitsu Lessons (San Antonio)

Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm women's class is free to all women, members and guests.
Brazilian jiu jitsu lessons focusing on application of jiu jitsu techniques for self-defense or competition purposes.
Beginner level and fundamental techniques, Wearing a Gi is encouraged but not required; well-fitting athletic gear (not oversized or baggy).
Please bring water, and wear sandals or shoes that are easy to slip on and off (no shoes will be allowed on the mats).
