*Minimum Qualifications*
* Must be available to work *Monday - Friday *between hours of 2:30pm-6:30pm (Elementary) OR 3:30pm-6:30pm (Middle School)
* High School Diploma or Accredited GED
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check prior to starting employment
*Essential Functions*
* Deliver daily curriculum/lesson plans, to include academic enrichment, recreation, nutrition, art, dance, technology, sports, college/workforce, and community partner components.
* Actively supervise youth by standing and walking frequently and ensuring that safety measures are enforced.
* Manage student behavior, provide excellent classroom management and maintain student confidentiality.
* Ensure that the Learning Tree is a safe and healthy environment for youth to learn and play
*Physical Demands/Working Conditions*
Maintain emotional control under stress.
Daily attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of the job.
Lifts 5-10 lbs.
