Needed Babysitter/Nanny

My family is looking for a capable person to assist with managing our busy household, helping our kids when they get home from school, preparing meals, and doing various organizing/cleaning projects.
We hope to find a great babysitter by the end of the Month (could be a little earlier if needed).
We have two girls, Nora and Joan of ages 5 and 3 years old.
Schedule 10am-PM Estimating 30 hours/week could increase if needed to 35 hours/week.
Must be comfortable with both parents working from home.
