- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Plan and conduct engaging and educational lessons
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents to support the child's development
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs or early intervention requirements
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Understanding of special education and early intervention strategies
- Physical education skills to engage children in active play and movement activities
