Early Childhood Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children in the toddler age group - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities - Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and a productive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge and experience in early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to effectively teach and engage young children in various subjects, including math and physical education - Experience working with diverse groups of students, including those with special needs - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs - Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred - Experience in tutoring or providing academic support to young children is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
