A loving family new to the San Antonio/Rogers Ranch area, is looking for a full time nanny to join their family.
They have one 2.
5 year old girl, along with an indoor hypoallergenic cat.
Both parents are doctors, and they’d love a nanny who is reliable, responsible, and who will fully engage with their daughter.
Safety is very important to the family.
They’d love a nanny who will track milestones, lead age appropriate activities, create a fun and playful learning environment, and someone who enjoys laughter and creativity.
Ideally they’d like to limit screen time during the day, and incorporate adventures around the city their daughter will love.
They’d also like the nanny to assist with potty training and sleep transitions.
Open and honest communication, along with respectful parenting practices are key with discipline.
Please note, the family would like to start half day preschool in late 2024, and they are open to offsetting hours with household tasks.
Compensation: $25-30/hr depending on experience.
W2 payroll, guaranteed 40-45 hours per week (with any hours over 40 paid 1.
5x hourly rate), paid holidays, and PTO.
Schedule:
Monday - 7:30AM-5:30PM
Tuesday - 7:30AM-5:30PM
Wednesday - Afternoons.
Can be flexible
Thursday - 7:30AM-5:30PM
Friday - 7:30AM-5:30PM
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily schedule and needs of the child.
* Maintain a daily schedule, and keep the child’s bedroom and play areas clean.
* Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, playtime, crafts, outdoor activities, and outings.
* Prepare meals, and maintaining child’s eating areas
* Transport child to area children’s play places, classes, library and fun activities
* Light housekeeping, sanitization, and tidying up after the child.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of professional in home nanny experience
* Legally able to work in the United States
* First Aid and CPR Certification, up to date
* 3 professional work references.
References: Provide references from previous employers or individuals who can vouch for your childcare experience and reliability.
* Be willing to undergo and pass a multi state background
* A reliable car, transportation, and clean driving record
* Fluent in English
