Infant Teacher

*Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Deerfield* is growing our team! We are hiring for Full Time Lead Teacher positions within our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms.
We are a family owned and operated center and are looking for energetic and personable teachers with a true passion and desire for teaching young minds! Must be willing to gain CPR/First Aid Certification AND pass FBI fingerprint/background check upon hire.
*Responsibilities:* * Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow * Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed * Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all children * Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and progress *Qualifications:* * Must meet all teacher qualifications as stated in the Minimum Standards for child care centers in Texas * Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting * Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices * High level of professionalism * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are a must.
* Willingness to follow corporate created curriculum and classroom schedule.
