Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization, including program development, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funding sources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the field of social work and behavioral health.
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, social work, psychology) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and record keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship management.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of social work and behavioral health.
