Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and engagement.
- Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Experience in physical education or implementing movement-based activities for young children.
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development for preschoolers.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for promoting positive behavior in young children.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience with young children is highly desirable.
