In house telephone sales people (San Antonio)

I am looking for 2 experienced "In House" sales people.
There is no "Cold Calling" or travel in this position.
I am looking for people who can contact our existing customers who call every day and instead of getting one service call a week from them, talk to them and tell them why they should give us 10 service calls a day.
We will tell you all the reasons why they should do this.
We will work with you.
You need to have experience on the phone and know how to find, contact and speak with the decision makers.
You have to have a superior vocabulary and a superior ability to communicate.
In other words you have to be amazing on the phone I emphasize that we are looking for experienced sales people only.
