Toma Todo Ventures, a San Antonio based real estate investment firm, is hiring an Acquisitions Specialist to handle, process, and close its ever growing sales needs, goals, and leads.
We purchase real estate (single family homes) in Texas using various methods, which you will be trained in.
NOTE: A RE license is not needed but can be helpful.
You do not need to leave your current brokerage.
Those with previous sales experience including bartending, servers and waitstaff, car sales, mobile home sales, new home sales, security sales, door to door sales, etc highly encourage to apply as they do very well.

What will your day / week typically look like?
• Leads, leads, leads.
• A good portion of your day will be contacting new leads and determining their current level of motivation
• Once level of motivation is assessed, you will be analyzing and underwriting what kind of offer (we call them “proposals”) will best fit their circumstances.
We train on at least 5 proposal structures.
• A portion of your day will be dedicated to seeing which leads can moved up the pipeline
• A portion of your day will be dedicated to reviewing and contacting past and older leads
• You will spend most of your day “seeking and searching”.
We do not “convince” or “sell anything to anyone.
We seek and search to see who needs to hear our proposals.
• Your week will include 2-4 hours of training on negotiations, psychology, sales, and improvement.
• Might also include team building exercises, personal mentoring, and time allocated to personal growth.
• Expect a high energy level to be seen through out the day.
• The owner loves cycling, pickle ball, wine drinking, and travel.
How would I describe an ideal candidate?
• This would be an agent who loves sales and thinks outside the box realizing retail cookie cutter sales is probably not for them.
Someone who loves to be challenged.
Who is humble and eager to learn, but exited to grow.
Who take direction well.
Who has a “no one will out work me” attitude.
