1965 jeep gladiator, J 200 2wd $1200 obf - $1,200 (San Antonio)

I purchased this jeep from a friend who’s had it for 20+ years and never got around to it it has the  original torpedo engine  and transmission in the  bed but is locked up.
He put a small  block Chevy and transmission to mock up still in the front.
He purchased it from a salvage yard and has the paperwork to get the title is what I was told looks to me like a solid truck  I just have too many projects and would like to see someone do something with it
