Doctors Buggy - $1,000

We have a Doctors Buggy project that needs re assembled.
The running gear and wooden frame are fine so are the main shafts.
Three of the wheels will need work.
It's probably about 100 years old.
The seat box is sheet metal.
If you like to work with wood, this might be a unique project.
If you want it for a static display, you wont need to work on the wheels.
Maybe if own a BBQ restaurant and need a western theme item, maybe this will help.
This is NOT a lawn ornament.
