QuikTrip is seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration/Equipment Tech to work in the San Antonio, TX market.

· Maintain a professional working relationship with the store team members and the customers.
· Work efficiently using good routing and time management skills to quickly prioritize repairs.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment according to established safety procedures * Maintain the proper mechanical ability needed to safely address work orders based on technician trade assignment.
*Functions of this position:* · Maintain all commercial kitchen, commercial refrigeration, beverage and fuel dispensing equipment and facilities in good working order.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and make repairs to all equipment.
Maintain the ability and certification to open and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
· Work efficiently using good routing and time management skills to quickly prioritize repairs.
Ensure all work orders are resolved within the predetermined time frame.
· Work efficiently to address all work orders in each location.
· Ensure all applicable administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately.
· Attend and participate meetings, training classes, tech rides, and other resources to maintain and improve technical proficiency.
*Requirements for this position include:* * High school graduate or equivalent.
* Graduate of a reputable refrigeration school or successful completion of Apprenticeship Program * Mechanical aptitude including a basic knowledge of (HVACR) systems, electronic equipment, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
* Minimum 2 years refrigeration systems experience with EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification is required.
* Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair general equipment * Ability to efficiently route and prioritize work orders daily.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * The hours for this position may vary according to projects and deadlines and will include overnights, holidays, and weekends.
