*Responsibilities:*
* Provides general administrative and clerical support including all routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying and maintaining filing systems.
* Administratively supports research staff,cardio-pulmonary perfusionists, and mid-level providers.
* Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and collection of monthly contractual timesheets.
* Answers main office phone calls and responds to inquiries.
* Manages calendars, schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Maintains office supplies for the department.
* Processes payments requests, purchase orders and travel arrangements as needed.
