Administrative Assistant

```Duties``` - Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties - Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer service - Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant complaints or disputes - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintenance standards - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs - Collaborate with contractors and vendors for necessary services - Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities - Handle rent collection, financial reporting, and budgeting for assigned properties - Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all aspects of property management - Market available properties, conduct property showings, and negotiate lease agreements ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of contract management and lease agreements - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively - Proficient in data entry and property management software systems - Sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate lease agreements - Knowledge of facilities management principles to oversee property maintenance and repairs - Familiarity with property leasing processes and procedures Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
