Job Posting GWM Administrative Assistant Genesis Wealth Management is a privately owned, independent financial advisory firm based in San Antonio, Texas.
We also operate offices in Austin, Texas and Tampa, Florida.
We are a high-service, niche firm specializing in providing investment advisory services and advanced financial planning for high net worth individuals and their families.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who is ready to provide the highest quality support to a small group of successful Executive Wealth Managers in San Antonio, Texas.
The ideal candidate will bring an extremely positive attitude and a strong background in the financial services industry.
Specific experience with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial, is a plus.
We expect enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic.
You must also be willing to actively contribute as a valuable member of our dynamic team that strives to deliver a best-in-class experience to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include: * Assist with onboarding new clients including the set-up of accounts, recurring money movements, online access, and the scheduling of the ongoing account review cycle.
* Handle client service requests including processing name and address changes, account applications and bank authorizations, answering client questions via telephone, email, and face to face.
* Provide high-quality client service and demonstrate creative problem solving to resolve client issues.
* Generate proposals, projections, and analysis for investment recommendations using industry specific software that includes Morningstar, Fortigent and others.
* Perform analysis of available annuity products and, when appropriate, enter the annuity order using company specific software.
* Review life insurance needs, provide recommend solutions and complete the application and implementation process.
* Ensure CRM is maintained on a daily basis by entering notes for all actions and events.

* Comfortable with use of technology Experience and Education Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree required.
* Must pass background check.
* 2+ years of Financial Assistant work experience.
* Experience with Morningstar or YCharts is preferred.
* Life Insurance and/or Securities Licenses a plus.
