We are looking for a Part Time Team Member to help us grow, automate, and organize our current and future business endeavors.
The right person has the following skills and experience:
- Real Estate Industry Experience a Plus.
- Real Estate Investment Industry Experience, a Big Plus.
- Common sense, quick learner, highly organized!! Needs little supervision, and is not afraid to ask questions.
Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities contain some of the following.
- Keep and ongoing report of the many projects involved in the business.
Marketing, Sales, Current Inventory, Upcoming Inventory, and Operations.
Who this Job is NOT for:
- Slow Learner
- Do not have your own transportation.
- No Real Estate Experience, No Sales Experience, No Marketing Experience.
- Need a Job (We want someone that wants a good paying job to grow with our company) NOT simply looking for a paycheck.
- Lazy, have any type of addictions (we will let coffee slide).
Our small company is looking to mold and grow the right person, we offer a low stress environment, you will have your own space, your own computer, you will only report to one person.
Hours are very flexible!
As of right now we are looking for 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
5 to 6 hours a day.
