Description:
The Clubs at Cordillera Ranch is a private country club located in Boerne off Hwy 46.
We are currently looking for a full time host/hostess.
The position requires a professional appearance and ability to interact in a professional manner at all times.
Applicants must have an energetic and outgoing personality.
Full Time employees work a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Essential Functions Include:
Menu Knowledge and print outs are up to date and stocked
Stand and greet members/guests upon arrival and direct them to proper area calling them by name when possible
Extend a fond farewell every time a member leaves thanking them for coming and again calling them by name
Responsible for complete and accurate reservations
Assist with host/hostess duties and seating members for dining.
Responsible for reasonably accurate information about the Club and/or have information available to you at your fingertips to assist with questions to the best of your ability
Converse with members and guests in an outgoing and friendly but professional manner.
Complete Guest Cards for walk-ins.
Make sure work area, coat and host stand is kept neat and clean
Draw out floor charts for daily seating and member events with the assistance of the Food & Beverage Manager.
Must be able to work weekends and nights
Assist servers with tables and side work
Requirements:
Desired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some administrative experience preferred but not required.
Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with peers, management, clients, and prospective clients in a professional manner.
Must have a positive attitude.
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and project.
The Clubs at Cordillera Ranch requires a background check for all new hires.
