Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Upper Management
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases and other duties to ensure office operates efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

* Utilizes a notepad, electronic notes, emails or any other system to track tasks to ensure completion of all tasks.
* Keep electronic files up to date in Trello.
* Ensures work presented to upper management staff is concise and accurate.
* Attends meetings to accurately document notes to organize for all meeting attendees.
* Records documentation for employee and franchisee meeting summaries and any additional important information.
* Facilitates the new hire on boarding process.
* Tracks employee required training and certification, completion, and due dates for retraining.
* Track and schedule employee performance evaluations.
* Maintains physical and electronic filing system for franchise offices and their employees.
* Creates and maintains electronic files for company new hires.
* Keeps upper management staff abreast of upcoming meetings.
* Schedules meetings and travel arrangements to include flights, car rentals and any other required accommodations.
* Manages inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Places replenishment orders as needed.
* Manages company mailing and shipping needs.
* Utilizes standard office equipment to include printer, copier, and scanner.
* Collects company receipts to send to accountant both digitally and manually.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college is preferred.
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Ability: Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: Previous experience using Trello is preferred.
