Who you are:
As a Payroll Administrator I, you will communicate with employees, management, retirees, and third parties to answer questions regarding payroll needs.
You have the ability to prioritize projects, resolve problems, and pay attention to detail.
Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Input, verify, and process payroll transactions, such as pay change data for new hires, terminations, reclassifications, and FMLA entries, to ensure the proper transfer of pay
Balance all general ledgers on a monthly basis and ensure any accounts carrying ongoing balances are zeroed out at the end of each month to keep adequate record of transactions
Communicate with employees, management, retirees, and third parties to answer questions regarding payroll issues
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry
Proven organizational and analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Accounting Principals
Payroll administration experience
