Position Summary: To assist in achieving the company’s Vision and financial objectives through the optimization of financial processes.
Provide high-level support to the Controller and Operations Team as they manage the company’s accounting and financial activities.
Guide, develop and support the accounting and finance team to be goal-oriented individual contributors on a team committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Direct the operations accounting department, including assisting in the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives Maintain and update accounting policy and procedures in collaboration with the Controller to ensure accounting practices follow established accounting principles and applicable regulatory requirements in following GAAP.
Manage the QIPP program accounting and treasury processes, including receivable balances and scorecard tracking.
Provide all financial reporting required by contracts, regulations, creditors, company agreements, HUD and government agencies.
Lead all audit and review work performed during the year related to Operating Companies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting required—CPA a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership accounting role required.
Flexible, strategic team player with infallible integrity and ethical standards Workday Financials knowledge a plus but not required.
