General Contractor needed to help with grant budget

Youth Empowerment Integration Program is a nonprofit with all volunteer staff.
Our mission is to transform and empower the lives of youth.
The foster care system is broken and too many kids are on the streets due to abuse and neglect at home.
We want to write a grant to build an emergency shelter, two group homes, and an office.
We are in need of a General Contractor who is willing to help us with the budget part of the grant.
This person may also be hired, if the grant is approved, to complete the work on the project.
