Hi Everyone! Are you looking to be more active? If you have a risk factor for cardiovascular disease, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or overweight and average LESS THAN 7500 STEPS PER DAY, the MOST walking study may be of interest to you!

What’s Involved? Our research involves using behavioral science delivered via text message to help you gradually achieve the goal of walking 1,000 more steps per day.
Participation will last 6 months and will be fully remote – no in person visits necessary.
You will be asked to wear a Fitbit activity tracking watch and to respond to prompts delivered daily via text message.
