It has the character from having been used but functions like a new vise.

The pins have been replaced with 3/8in bolts that were tapped eliminating the tradition weak spot and allows for easy cleaning and service.
Comes with a full set of nickel plated hardware to mount it in your shop and a new set of brass inserts.
