_*Position*_: Advanced Medical Esthetician
_*Schedule*_: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (2:45pm - 8:00pm) & Saturday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
_*Pay*_: $15 an Hour Start Pay, then 45% Commission on Esthetician Services, 20-25% Commission on Laser Services (Based on Experience), 10% on Retail Sales

Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments including dermaplaning, chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling, and more.
* Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend tailored treatment plans.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their spa journey.
* Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and retail sales to enhance the client experience.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
* Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations for medical spa procedures.
Qualifications:
* Esthetician license in Texas with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa or salon setting.
* Proven track record of sales success and ability to upsell services and products.
* Proficiency in performing advanced skincare treatments with meticulous attention to detail.
* Certification in laser treatments is as a requirement.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong work ethic with a passion for staying current on industry trends and techniques.
