OPTION 2 RENT ONE ROOM IN THE HOUSE Share the living room.
Smoking is OK just not in the house.
The landlord has a Real Estate company named Common Sense Properties LLC.
He requires to fill out a Rental.
It's the most basic and simple application.
Lease terms can be Month to Month, however 6 Months to a Year is even better.
