There is a gate at the front of the property, and behind the back of the house.
Paved driveway, large enough to fit several cars.
There is a detached garage, where you can utilize limited space.
Part of the garage, for larger storage, is also available for rent for $100/month.
The house is located within a 3 minute walk of the San Antonio River! And it's about a 5 minute drive south from Blue Star in Southtown! There are no pets in the house.
There are space heaters for the bedrooms, and the living room window unit heats and cools well in the house as well.
