A little about myself, I am a Property Manager for a local government agency.
I don't smoke but I'm not against smoking as long as its done outside and you pick up after yourself.
I do occupy a bedroom downstairs but I don't always stay at the home.
I cook 1-3 times per week.
I have a small shih tzu who is very friendly and well mannered.
In the past, I have had male roommates and that has worked out well, no drama.
They both lived with me over 2 years.
