Cosmetic Beauty Advisor

* Looking for individuals who can Assist Dillard’s customers with a 5 Star selling technique.
* Engage and interact with customers daily to determine customer cosmetic/skincare needs and concerns.
* Be able to Connect and Contact customers to replenish daily cosmetic/skincare items.
* Ensure counter and personal sales goals are met daily/monthly.
Assist with visual changes and other department projects in Cosmetic Department.
* Be able to apply skincare consultations and makeup applications as a daily Dillard service.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.
