MEB is seeking an experienced *Apartment Maintenance Technician* to help maintain our Apartment Communities.

*You Have:*
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities
* Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience
* Pools and Spa experience
* Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service
* HVAC Certification preferred
Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
