A beautiful dog was seen in the park (San Antonio, Concepcion Park)

A beautiful dog was seen in the Concepcion Park, it limps, and sits by the fence on the trail, along the river (probably Acequia Pk Tl).
Behind the fence there is a big building (presumably Sports complex).
There is a bench on the trail, next to where the dog sits.
The dog was seen on the 13th DEC 2023 around 5:30 pm.
