Need a lot to live in with mobile home

I have a client who is searching for a lot to place his mobile home on and live on.
He will pay the monthly to have it there .
He doesn’t have a social Security so we haven’t been able to get him in a mobile park home .
Anyone have leads to a mobile park that doesn’t require social or does anyone have land or a lot this man can place his mobile home on to live at for a monthly payment ? TIA🏠🤝
