Duties

-Second Shift Phone Router or emergency contact.
This means that if a client calls after hours (5pm-12 am or weekends) you may pickup take notes and contact the required team to handle it and pass the issue to them.
Requests may come via email too.
Sometimes you may need to go to the Office and restart a PC if needed.
Keep in mind we don’t get many calls after hours(like 1-3 per week max) but emails with tickets may come in.
-read email and categorize: this means that you may read manager’s email and get rid of junk and direct client requests to the support team and issues that I need to handle can be left for manager.
-run errands when needed: sometimes there are errands that may need to be done like buying parts needed for the office or a job.
-Managers’s tasks : Several tasks on the admin side may need help, for contacting people, to email follow-ups, work with checking programmers feedback when needed
-Direct to write blogs content and website updates: this means to send feedback to the team about new blogs to write about, no need to know how to code.
-Admin tasks & research: some tasks may require normal business hours communication like scheduling at some points.
, Also Research may have to be done when needed about items that need to be handled.
-Gas: we will reimburse gas per mileage when you need to run errands.
-Office stock: When needed we may need you to check stock and replenish stock for the main office or other properties.
